Our Brightening Rice Toner Spray helps to brighten and smoothen skin complexion, by removing dead skin cells. It effectively exfoliates and hydrates the skin, and helps to control pores. 

Directions
After properly cleansing your face, spray a proper amount of the Rice Bright Toner evenly on your face, avoiding the eye area. You may also apply the toner with a cotton pad. For day time use, follow with a sunscreen.
