I never usually write reviews but this has made me do it. Firstly, using this shampoo for 1.5 years and its worth every penny. I wait for sales and buy in bundles so i have a backup with me.
But this time i really want to talk about the customer experience here. My conditioner bottle came in busted and it got replaced within days. Kudosss!!!!
Please change the tube packaging as it often leaks. Thats my only lil concern. 300ml bottle is fine & durable .

Hair combo it is an extremely excellent product and has made my hair soft and improved my scalp and length along with hair fall but its quite expensive from the prospective of quantity and price. You should increase your quantity and lower your cost a little bit
Smelly conditioner for the first time
My parcel was never arrived.
I have been using this shampoo and conditioner for almost a year and have always been satisfied with the quality. However, my last order was quite disappointing. Both the shampoo and conditioner seemed much thinner in consistency compared to before, and they didn’t perform as well as they usually do. The previous ones were much better in quality, but this time it felt different and not up to the mark. I hope the brand maintains its original quality in future.
